I had the pleasure of Charity coming to my home and tuning my grand piano.  She was absolutely delightful and I loved having her get my piano back into good shape.  She is so knowledgeable and quite reasonable in the prices she charges.  I actually found her name on line and saw her very good reviews, and she turned out to be as wonderful as the reviews she was given.  I would definitely use Charity again, and although I do not have my piano tuned that frequently, I plan to keep her name and number close by and call her again in the future.

After Charity recently completed the fine tuning a customer’s old vertical piano, the customer said that her initial plan was to put that old piano in the basement. After hearing the finely tuned and repaired piano being played she said “I’m going to keep that piano right here in the living room now” as she was pleasantly surprised how much better it sounded than before.

The piano had not been tuned in over seven years. It took over two hours to complete. It was done very professionally, and Charity went beyond the minimum requirements for the job. She worked to get several of the keys freed, and included a thorough cleaning and pitch correction.

Although I am not familiar with all that goes into tuning a piano, I will say that Charity was very thorough. She spent approximately 3 hours working on the piano and it sounded great when she was finished. She’s nice, very professional and I would say she really knows what she’s doing.
